• Please give us as much information as possible. This will help us fully understand your needs, while at the same time ensure that Aussie Pet Sitter will be a good match for your pet.
• Soon afterwards, we will contact you to discuss your beloved pet and how we can help.
• A consultation will be scheduled between you and the ideal sitter. Sometimes two sitters may be necessary. You may have last minute needs or require services that demand the commitment of two highly trained pet sitters. Rest assured we can accomodate your needs and will assign the right number of professionals to look after your beloved pet.
• Please be prepared to provide two sets of keys on the initial consultation to avoid the additional charge for a second visit. It's always a good idea to verify that both keys work.
